Dr. Lettuce’s Health Tips

  • Eat a variety of foods (that means not only eating treats).

  • Don’t eat rotten or stale foods.

  • Exercise every day for at least 15 minutes.

  • Brush your teeth at least twice every day for 3 minutes (use toothpaste).

  • Get enough sleep (that means not staying up until midnight to watch your favourite show).

  • Attend different exercise classes (swimming, dance, soccer, skating, etc.).

  • Wash your paws using soap to prevent getting sick.
